About Monze District Land Alliance (MDLA)
The Monze District Land Alliance (MDLA) is a semi-autonomous branch of the Zambia Land Alliance (ZLA), a national network of civil society organizations advocating for fair and equitable land policies across Zambia. Our mission is to ensure that the people of Monze District — especially the poor, women, and other marginalized groups — have secure access to land and are empowered to use it sustainably.

A society where all citizens enjoy secure land rights and benefit from sustainable and equitable land use.
Our Mission
To advocate for fair land policies, build community capacity, and promote inclusive participation in land governance for poverty reduction and sustainable development.
